Soul Work


University is simultaneously the most stressful and the most fun time of most peoples lives. 

So many things to juggle, 

  • Uni work and grades 
  • Keeping up a social life 
  • Getting enough sleep 
  • Physical activity or fitness
  • Laundry / Cleaning 
  • Keeping on-top of finances 

For the most part this will be the first time a lot of students are living without their parents or guardians, which can be an emotional aspect to overcome for some. It can also effect you physically as suddenly being in total control of your own diet can seriously make you just off the deep end into the frozen pizza isle (and believe me I know).

This book gives advice to all female university students who want to improve their physical and mental wellbeing whilst maintaining and juggling all of the above. 

Soul Work will focus on three key parts, 

  • Journaling
  • Organisational tips
  • Dealing with Stress 

  • Recipes 
  • Study snacks, the healthy options
  • How to shop for healthy food, on a budget

  • Exercises to do while studying
  • 10 minutes exercises 
  • Gym exercises and plans

The overall aim of this book is not to tell people what to do, but rather to give advice from one student to another. I want to create a space where female university students can share their worries, questions and answers as a collective active community. Soul Work is due to be able to download on 1st May 2017.
